WEB HOSTING
We do not issue pro-rata or retrospective refunds for unused hosting plans or portions thereof.

Where applicable account holders cancelling their accounts are responsible for arranging setup and DNS updates with their new hosts prior to cancellation date.

You must notify us 30 days prior to the end of your billing cycle of your intent to terminate a web hosting account. This notification is required in all instances.

Your account will then be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle.
